Approach

I typically works with each client for 12 sessions to achieve 3 separate goals that will make the biggest transformation in their life. Timescales are tailored to fit with the clients own agenda but would typically be every 2 weeks to maintain fast results and to ensure that momentum is maintained.

In Session 1, you will learn about the coaching process and whether you are the right fit for this approach. You will then work though a process to identify the 3 goals that will have the biggest impact on your life. These will form the basis for the next 11 sessions

Session 1 lasts 1 hour 30 minutes with subsequent sessions being 1 hour.

Coaching sessions are delivered over the phone or can be delivered face-to-face in Central London and East Yorkshire.
